Forgotten my terminal login cred

Hello,

Please, I am not sure how to change my passoword on the terminal. My username is lawrenceJ but not sure what password was used. I was trying to learn linux on the interractive CLI. If I could get a pointer to how to change the password so I can login again. Below is what the screen grab looks like.
